Olympics update

A model for monitoring local performance against LAA targets has been developed.  The model is a 'living' document which will be updated as new data is produced and provides a template for working with the new LAA.  The intention is that the document will:

• Allow all partners to see how Chelmsford is contributing towards the Essex LAA

• Identify priority issues and areas where Chelmsford is performing well

• Demonstrate and communicate the range of partnership work being undertaken in the area
