Chelmsford Partnership is a range of organisations with responsibility for the health, welfare, safety, surroundings and economic prosperity of everyone who lives and works in the borough. Representatives from a range of organisations make up the Partnership all with one aim - to build a better life for the people of Chelmsford. Set up in 2002 the Partnership is in the process of updating its Community Plan, which is reviewed yearly and fully revised every three years. This current Community Plan can be downloaded through this site. The new Community Plan will be launched in April 2008.
Chelmsford Partnership Executive Group The Partnership Executive Group consists of representatives from the following organisations and is chaired by Joan Hutchison, Chief executive of Chelmsford Council for Voluntary Services.

Partnership consists of 7 subgroups each of which is aligned with one of
the Partnerships 7 priorities.
